Midlands Select Defeat Fife

Despite a few late call offs Midlands AFA had a good 2-1 win against Fife AFA this afternoon.

Trailing to a 27th minute goal MAFA levelled on 33 mins when Mike Cavin capitalised on the goalkeeper's mis-kick to roll home from 18 yards.

Despite having the better chances it took until midway through the second half before MAFA took the lead with a composed finish from Robbie Norrie, who had been played in by Dom Blair.

MAFA finished the stronger and missed a few chances to increase their lead.

A very satisfying performance from all involved today.
